It’s a little hard to believe that I’m halfway through my pregnancy! Since moving out of the first trimester things have been pretty good, but I thought I’d do another round of ‘What I Wish I Knew” for the last two months (yea, already!)
I’m having a little trouble putting this all into words. I type, delete, start over and over again. There’s a lot of vulnerability in talking about something so intimate as the tiny baby growing inside of you. Yet, I know from reading the blogs I love so dearly, it can be very comforting to know another woman is going through the same thing. Here’s what’s been going on lately…
WhatIWore: We had the most beautiful weekend here in Bloomington! On Saturday we had donuts at home, went to the farmer’s market and then spent the entire day hanging out in our friend’s backyard in the sunshine. I am in LOVE with this new dress (so much so I’m thinking of getting it in another color way) because it makes me feel like me.
WhatIWore: Yesterday was a pretty good day. It was warm enough to ditch my trench by noon and I had some promising doctor’s appointments that left me feeling a lot more optimistic (baby is fine, I’m just dealing with some issues that I hope are resolved soon!). Outfit wise, another super simple combo - skinny jeans, a crisp white tee, classic trench and flats and a great fringed spring scarf. A great basic look for any woman, pregnant or not!
