Why:
I’ve always been a fan of vintage looking prints, but this year, I’m especially into literal animal prints in adult fabrics.  Look closely and you’ll see this blouse has teeny tiny bees and crowns floating on sophisticated silk.  After my day bee keeping this summer, I’ve been obsessed with bees, and just let myself run with it for this outfit. I think there’s something kind of silly and fun about adding on a skinny yellow belt and a bee hive hairdo. 

I’m also working more gray as my core neutral into my wardrobe.  The skirt, boots and bag are all new to my closet and although they aren’t perfectly matchy matchy, I like the way they come together.
