Why:
I can’t remember the magazine, but I saw a spread on injecting a little neon into a ladylike outfit recently. Not that this outfit is super ladylike, but it has the elements of a pulled together ensemble (and would be totally fine without the neon). Because I’m often stumped on how to style such a BRIGHT bag, I took the magazine’s advice and this is what I ended up with it. I like it!
