WhatIWore: Ever see something on a blog that you just LOVE only to scroll down and see it’s a vintage or second hand find?  When I saw this polka dot frock at Old Navy I thought it looked so similar to my 1938 vintage version that I wanted to pass it forward to you guys. And if you’re looking for the full look, why not add a pair of leopard pumps?
