WhatIWore: Each time I flip through my photos from NYFW last September, I always stop on these two looks from DKNY. I love the bright cherry (and cheery!) red against a strong cobalt blue. On the left, it’s red, (a dash of) white and blue, but it doesn’t feel nautical. The striped top and skirt on the right have a beachy feel, without being sailor-y. It’s Americana without feeling like the Fourth of July.
