Why:
Today I was home alone at my parents’ house, without a car and inbetween rainstorms. Why not hang out in an awesome Joan inspired outfit?? After seeing last night’s episode, this combo was a match made in heaven.  The necklace was custom made from a vintage 1940s metal pencil necklace (!!! Almost identical to Joan’s!!! ) by the wonderful artists of Corvus Noir (a new sponsor of mine!!). When they gave it to me, I instantly knew I had to pair it with this dress.

And in case you were really wondering, Joan is my real middle name. ;)
