Why: A couple weeks ago, I splurged on a new steamer. I really love to iron, but steaming… oh! It’s so fun! Yes, I’m the kind of girl that loves doing laundry.
Anyway, the first night I had my new steamer I spent about 2 hours going through all of my summer dresses. I haven’t worn this particular dress a lot, but I always feel so pretty in it. It’s not a vintage dress, but the pleated skirt definitely gives it that look!
I also really like how the brown shoes and belt pull everything together. In past wearings I skipped accessories and I prefer this version much more!
And a quick note about my hair - VELCRO rollers, baby! I use some Bumble and Bumble styling cream while it’s wet then I blow dry 95% of the way dry and then use the biggest velcro rollers on the crown of my head and smaller ones on the side. Then I use a little B&B spritz and off I go!
