Why:
I rarely start my outfit inspiration with makeup, but today I saw a green eyeliner pencil peeking out of my makeup bag, so I just went with it! It’s my cool color companion to the head to to tomato outfit from a few weeks ago.  I almost went with green tights and shoes, but decided to hold myself back (and for the sake of keeping my toes dry on what was a very rainy day).
