Why: As a kid, I was really big into shopping the thick pages of the JCPenney catalogue. As a teen and in my early twenties, I switched gears a little (Wet Seal and Express were more my speed) and then got really into the MNG for MANGO line last year as part of a partnership with the brand. Ever since, each time I visit my parents in Fort Wayne, my mom and I make a trip to Penney’s. She’s really into the store and marketing makeover and I have to admit I’m into it too. I always seem to find really great pieces (like this cape,  that jacket or this striped turtleneck) every time I’m in the store (don’t forget this amazing dress!). Plus they have a Sephora, so that’s a huge bonus (Bloomington has neither).  Long story short, these pants were hiding out in the women’s department and I snatched the last pair in my size right up! THEY ARE SO CUTE!! 

I was actually wearing this blouse while shopping and I knew I’d pair the polka dots together as soon as I had the chance. For a little kick of color, I’ve matched my lipstick to my belt. I LOVE THIS OUTFIT!
