Why: You wouldn’t believe how many outfits I put on this morning! I couldn’t make any combinations I liked so I resorted to a uniform of favorite pieces.  Army jacket, chambray, dark skinnies, riding boots, big shades and I’m set! 

Not long ago someone asked me if the price of these jeans was really worth it (they’re pricy and in the premium $150+ range). I wear my jeans 3-4 times a week (they’re my go to when I know I’m not doing outfit photos), and I wear them year round, so the actual cost per wear comes down a lot. So for me the end value is a good one.  Buy the best quality you can afford! 

I like taking that mentality with all of the things I buy and anticipate wearing often. Think chambray button downs, cashmere sweaters, black blazers and black/brown shoes and boots.  Then, when you’re bumming around in basics, you still feel like a million bucks!
