WhatIWore: I’ve always had a thing for a rich, saturated cobalt blue I’m leaning towards a new handbag in this shade. I’ve been online window shopping all afternoon and here are my faves. I’m not sure if I’ll go for an investment or a bargain because they’re are great options at all price levels. What do you think? Which one is your favorite?
