Where: Business Breakfast, Studio, Gardening Class

Why:  I can’t imagine a woman out there that doesn’t have the kind of morning when nothing seems to work in her closet. I mean - you guys have that right? I had something in mind this morning, then it just didn’t quite work - felt too formal or too buttoned up… just wrong. 

That’s why I’m happy to fall back on a basic uniform. It’s the kind of look that always works, you can throw on and run out the door (which I did about 1 minute before I needed to leave).  And let’s face it - I fall back on a uniform a lot - like here, here and here. 

While head to toe basics certainly work, it’s also kind of nice to add something special - a scarf, a hat, a handbag - to pull it all together.  

This outfit certainly isn’t anything special, but to be completely honest - I just don’t have the energy to make everyday the best outfit I’ve ever worn. Regular, day to day outfits like this should be a part of every woman’s wardrobe!
