Why: When it comes to where I spend and save in my personal wardrobe, I like to invest in a new handbag once and a while. I’ve been on a cobalt kick for spring and narrowed down my picks to these six. I decided to go with the Milly bag for the hardware, like the huge zipper on the front. The back, however, is a little more simple and ladylike. Adam says it reminds him of an evil doctor’s bag. I love it because I think it’ll make even the most basic outfit special!
I gave my new bag a test drive on a surprise trip to Louisville this weekend and wore it with black jeans and a camel leather jacket and with a re-run of this outfit. But for today, I kept my outfit simple to give the bag center stage. I like going a little more business focused with my outfits on Mondays… just because it makes me feel like I can tackle anything!
