Why:
Well, I can’t lie - I’ve been waiting for a rainy day to debut my new umbrella and boots.  Rain is such a drag, but it feels just a teensy bit better with cute wellies and brellies.  Another thing about the rain - I just didn’t feel like doing a dress or anything too fancy, so I went to my stand by black skinny jeans. I think I need more tops, or at least different tops because I feel a little stumped (or maybe it’s because my favorite shirts are waiting to be packed for Paris). Still, I could do a better job at NOT buying only eyelette/cream/white/lace tops. Color here I come!

I’m a firm believer that all well dressed women have a go-to outfit when they’re not feeling 100% - because of the weather or their mood. What’s your go to great look?
