Why:

My dearest friend Lindsay got married this weekend and I was a bridesmaid.  This is what I wore to the rehearsal and dinner following. I wasn’t sure of the dress code and in Fort Wayne something “dressy” could be black pants and a blouse. I feel really comfortable in my new “uniform” — the black skirt and bootie combo. So a new pair of tights and sweater worked. I also decided against checking a bag, so I needed things that would pack and travel well.
