What I Wore: Getting Springy

WhatIWore:

What:
Dress: Urban Outfitters, Bargain Basement, Cambridge
Necklace: Self Made
Tights: RL at Macy’s
Booties: Payless
Shades: UO
Where:
Work, meetings, BHUNGRA!
Why:
I love having a lot of new outfits to wear… and this dress was only $20 at the bargain basement of an UO in Cambridge. I didn’t try it on and am really pleased it fits. It also has a deeper neck than I normally wear and I feel sort of sexy in it. I paired some deep purple tights with the dress to pull out a little of the lavendar in the print. Black booties let the tights shine. And finally, after watching this necklace hang on the back of my bathroom door for 3 years, I’m wearing it with pride. Another look I really love.
What I Wore: All A Bloom

WhatIWore:
When:
February 5, 2009
What:
Mysterious Black Scarf
Black T Neck: free from work
Skirt: Marshall’s
Tights: We Love Colors
Booties: Payless
Where:
Work
Why:
In an attempt to both stretch my wardrobe and conjure up warmer temperatures, I’m wearing a spring skirt with the winter fixins. Tights, t-neck and a scarf, all in black, help ground the look and add a little warmth. Seriously though, 12F degrees really is too cold for something like this. I wanted to feel pretty, but I’ve learned my lesson. Next time we dip this low its back to the thigh high socks and jeans routine.
