WhatIWore: Joy Cioci Spring 2013 was a fantastic blend of 1920s beach baby and Scuba silhouettes. The lace! The jumbo sequins! The drop waists! Those swim caps! It might be one of my favorite shows of the week! Jump through to see the full presentation.
WhatIWore: On Sunday morning I attended my first Lela Rose runway show. You might remember that I got to know Lela last December and have been a fan of her Payless line for quite a while! And would you believe that Payless did all of the shoes for this show and some of them will be in production for next spring?! I’m giddy with the thought! See something you’d like to wear (or just really love?) Pin it and tell me why!
Click through to see metallic lace, inventive tailoring and beautiful prints (and of course… those shoes!)
WhatIWore: The Spring 2013 Tracy Reese collection was a departure from the typically girlie, pretty look that she’s so well known for (see past collections here and here). But there was no shortage of beautiful details - juxtaposed prints, fabrics, laser cut leather and beading treatments were incorporated into a hip, worldly silhouette. Before the models hit the runway, I had a chance to take some close up photos backstage to give you a better idea of the luxurious details. The complete collection is after the jump! I’d love to hear what you think by pinning your favorite looks with your comments!
