What I Wore Sneak Peak: LA Thrifting

Sadly, I was having too much fun riding bikes, eating vegan delights and dancing around LA that I didn’t dedicate a whole lot of time to thrifting.  However, one place I totally recommend (with the right amount of time and patience) is Jet Rag on N. La Brea Ave.

So here’s the deal. Go on Sunday mornings and get there early (10 am when they begin) and come with a friend (to take turns holding eachother’s stuff).  There are PILES of clothes on the driveway and its every (wo)man for herself.  I went for shiny and found:

• Black Tunic with gold, blue and green sequins (its a ladies top, but I plan to wear it as a shorty short dress)
• Cream crop top (I’ve seen these for $75+ in vintage boutiques!)
• Black/Multi colored top

And everything was $1!!

Inside is equally delightful and those clothes are at normal prices.  I picked up a few vintage sports tees for inspiration at the office.
